Important Ordering Information
 

ORDER NOW THROUGH December 1, 2011 AND SAVE $2.00 PER TICKET. ONLY $12.00 EACH! Plus Receive 2 Free Chaperone Tickets for Every 10 Student Tickets Ordered.
 

Payment must be received by January 2, 2012 to be eligible for this discount rate. Purchase orders are not considered payment. Full payment is due by check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard. A confirmation email with an invoice attached will be sent to you after your order is placed. If paying by credit card, you will need to enter the information on the invoice and fax to the number below. If paying by check or money order, please make payable to Sheridan Sechter & Associates, Inc. and mail to the address below.
 

If you have a change in numbers, you must submit your final ticket count to Pensa in writing (again, email is the best option). You may send this information with your payment also.
 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

 
  • We prefer to be able to contact you via email if possible so that we do not have to interrupt the classroom and/or be limited to a very small window of time in which to try to reach you by phone. Please include your email address on the order form for this purpose.
  • A purchase order can be processed but is not considered to be final payment. Payment must be received in full prior to the tickets being mailed to you.
  • Tickets are specific for student vs. adult. Please be sure to order appropriately.
  • All tickets must be purchased in advance. The box office is closed on School Day.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations. School Day is a rain or shine event. However, should the event be completely cancelled by Faire personnel due to severe weather, a full refund will be issued.
  • You must read the Rules for School Day before attending the event. This PDF contains vital information to make your trip a success!
  • Bus Drivers admitted at no charge with CDL.
  • School day tickets for all orders will be shipped to you in April, five days prior to the event.
  • No food or beverage is allowed to be brought in.  You may bring your lunch, however, and return to the parking area for your lunch and eat outside the Faire gates.

Regular price (beginning December 2, 2011) is only $14 per ticket, plus receive 1 Free Chaperone ticket for every 10 student tickets ordered. Order and send your payment before April 1 to avoid additional express handling charges.
